Contested races: Incumbent Emma Caffrey, Paul Woodman and Eric Saltonstal are vying for a two-year seat on the Selectboard. Mary McNaughton is running unopposed for the three-year seat.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed operating budget is $6.9 million, with $5.03 million expected to come from taxes. That’s up from the $6.47 million town operating budget voters approved last year.

When, where and how to vote: An in-person floor meeting, with a virtual option, will be held on Monday, March 3, at 7 p.m. at the Windsor Welcome Center, 2 Railroad Avenue. Australian ballot voting will take place on Tuesday, March 4, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Windsor Municipal Building, 29 Union Street.
