WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Tammy L. Tarsa is the new interim CEO and president of Dartmouth Health’s Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire, DH announced in a Friday news release.

Tarsa will replace Johanna Beliveau, who has served as the VNH’s CEO since June 2018 and is leaving to pursue “a new professional opportunity,” the release said.

Tarsa, who holds an MBA as well as a bachelor’s of science in nursing, has been employed as the VNH’s chief clinical officer since 2022, according to the release from the Lebanon-based nonprofit organization. She will add the two interim titles to her current role.

Before joining Dartmouth Health, Tarsa worked as executive director of home health, hospice and palliative care at Jefferson Healthcare in Washington state. She is pursuing a doctorate in health administration from Central Michigan University.
