Valentine’s Day Cookie Decorating Workshop for Kids in Hanover: Wednesday, Feb. 12, 5 to 6 p.m. RWB Community Center, 48 Lebanon St. Children can decorate five heart-shaped sugar cookies in the style of their choosing.
