STRAFFORD — Voters rejected any change to Strafford’s Town Meeting voting format at the polls on Tuesday.
Separate articles asked whether voters supported returning to floor meetings for public questions, budget questions and the election of officers.
A fourth article asked whether voters supported moving floor meetings to the first Saturday in March.
Voters did, however, approve a town article to eliminate the office of constable, 250-214.
Incumbent Selectboard member Kelly Harman bested former Selectboard member Brian Johnson for a Selectboard position to complete the final year of a three-year term, 305-151.
In uncontested races, voters also elected Jeff Solsaa to a two-year term on the Selectboard. On the school side, they elected Eric Lopez to a three-year term on the School Board and Sanaa Kyra Siddiqi to a two-year term.
They also approved a municipal budget of $1.86 million and a school budget of $4.4 million.
