THETFORD — Vermont Route 113 at the town line between West Fairlee and Thetford is scheduled to be closed for 48 hours later this month to allow for a culvert replacement, according to Thetford’s town website.

The closure, now scheduled for July 22 and 23, will require a signed detour along U.S. Route 5, Vermont Route 14 and Vermont Route 110.

During the closure, workers will replace a 48-inch metal pipe with a 9-foot-wide, 7-foot-high, 58-foot-long precast concrete box culvert.

More information about the project is available by contacting Delia Makhetha at 603-263-8881 or delia.makhetha@wsp.com.
