PIERMONT — At Saturday’s floor meeting, all articles passed as warned.

Voters supported an article to move from a salary to an hourly wage for the town clerk and to authorize the Selectboard to set the wage.

They approved an operating budget of $1.19 million, as well as a separate article asking for $68,000 to pave and shoulder a section of Lily Pond Road.

There were a little more than 50 voters in attendance at the meeting out of a checklist of 488.

On Tuesday evening, during the floor portion of the school meeting, voters approved a school budget of $2.67 million. They also amended an article for the Special Education Expendable Trust Fund, increasing the appropriation from the warned amount of $35,000 to $70,000.
