Budget and spending articles: The proposed budget is $15.7 million, which is up from the $14.8 million budget voters approved last year.

When, where and how to vote: The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Windsor School, Room 210, 19 Ascutney St. Australian ballot voting will take place on Tuesday, March 4, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voting for Windsor residents will take place at the Windsor Municipal Building, 29 Union St., and voting for West Windsor residents will take place at Story Memorial Hall, 22 Brownsville-Hartland Road.
