Hartford High student makes top five in singing competition, seeks votes to win

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — Hartford High senior Macy Bettwieser was voted into the top five of the Broadway World’s Next On Stage contest last week.
But she needs more votes to win the annual competition.
People can vote for Bettwieser online at broadwayworld.com/nextonstagehighschool/macy-bettwieser before Wednesday at midnight.
If she makes it to the final three, she will perform at 54 Below Live Finale in New York City on Jan. 19.
