Contested races: Two people are vying for a three-year term on the Selectboard: Erik Russell and Benjamin J. Schreiber.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed general fund budget is $9.46 million, up from $9.4 million last year. A warrant article seeks $2.75 million for improvements to the municipal water system. Another article seeks $100,000 for a watershed management plan for Crystal Lake. Another seeks $579,000 for the Capital Improvement Program Capital Reserve Fund.

When, where and how to vote: Town elections will take place by ballot on Tuesday, March 11 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Enfield Community Building, 308 U.S. Route 4. The meeting will take place on Saturday, March 15 at 9 a.m. at the Enfield Village School, 271 U.S. Route 4.
