State’s Health and Human Services office in Claremont to remain closed for repairs

CLAREMONT — The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services office in Claremont will remain closed through Friday, according to a DHHS news release.

The office, located at 17 Water Street, Suite 301, has been closed since the extreme cold earlier this month caused pipes to burst, resulting in water damage. Work continues to repair the damage, according to the release.

DHHS employees based in Claremont are working off site to manage cases and process applications. They will contact Claremont clients with in-person meetings scheduled this week.
