Cat walk

Jill Horne, of White River Junction, Vt., takes a walk with her cat Juniper, 2, in White River Junction, Vt., on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Horne has been trying to harness-train Juniper and takes her out about once a day, though she says the outings are more self-guided than they might be with a dog. “She walks me,” Horne said.
