BRADFORD, Vt. — Due to forecasted heavy rain on Saturday, the community event celebrating the installation of three electric vehicle chargers in Bradford, Vt., has been postponed a second time. This time, it hasn’t been rescheduled.

But the chargers, located in the parking lot behind Denny Park, are ready to use.
