Local Roundup: Hanover, Lebanon boys soccer earn shutout wins

Hanover 1, Nashua South 0
Key players: Hanover — Henry Cotter, Ronan Przydzielski, Dino Gavetti, Sam Ames. Nashua South — Kevin Arayjo, Angel Pluma.
Highlights: Przydzielski scored his first varsity goal in the 62nd minute and goalkeeper Cotter had a career night. The win was the fourth in a row for the Bears, all by shutouts. Hanover is now 5-2 on the season after a 1-2 start, and has recorded five shutouts. Nashua South outshot the Bears by a wide margin, but Cotter kept the Panthers at bay with 9 saves, several of them spectacular. Freshman Gavetti chipped a ball over the South defense and Przydzielski beat goalie Antonio Pancini to the ball and headed it into the empty net for the only goal of the game.

Highlights: WRV opened the scoring with a pass from Liberti Bollman to Cassie Armstrong who broke away past the back line to slip in a goal past the L&G keeper.
