Key players: Stevens — Audrina Pelton, Faith Norton, Payton Ferland, Jillian Castaneda; Mascoma — Molly Gray, Halia Sethi, Karley Hollis.

Highlights: Norton and Ferland each bagged a hat trick in Stevens’ 10-goal outing against Mascoma. Mascoma’s Grey had 17 saves, Sethi scored for the Royals.

Highlights: Game was tied 1-1 at halftime after goals from Windsor’s Ducharme and Springfield’s Murchie. Rupp scored the game-winning tally with nine minutes left on a strike from 25 yards out. Both teams’ goalies were stellar, with Windsor’s Rockwood making 12 saves while Springfield’s Gramling made 24.

Hanover 3, Salem 0

Key players: Hanover — Maeve Bradley, Grace Stewart, Reese Hamlin.

Highlights: The first half was uneven with Hanover having the edge in possession but missing on several scoring opportunities. The Bears came out with a renewed sense of purpose in the second half, in which they dominated on possession and had goals from Nora Bradley, sister Maeve Bradley and first-year player Kat Moseley.

Boys Soccer

Hartford 6, Mount Anthony 1

Key players: Hartford — Tighe Hrabchak, Sam Peckinpaugh, Jason Kelly, Nolan Morlock.

Highlights: Hartford jumped out of the gates quickly with its first goal coming five minutes into the game from Hrabchak, assisted by Peckinpaugh. They added a second tally seven minutes later on a penalty kick by Peckinpaugh. Mount Anthony scored their lone goal on a PK 15 minutes into the second half. Hartford’s Kelly tallied a second-half hat trick, with assists coming from Hrabchak, Jackson Jewett and Owen McMahon. Morlock scored the sixth and final goal for the Hurricanes on a PK.

Records: Hartford 6-0-0; Mount Anthony 2-5-0

Green Mountain 4, Rivendell 0

Key players: Rivendell — Evan Woodward.

Highlights: Rivendell put up a tough match against a very strong Green Mountain squad. The Raptors surrendered three goals in the first half but put up a strong defensive game in second half. Rivendell sophomore goalkeeper Woodward had a very good showing with 12 saves.

Records: Green Mountain 4-1-0; Rivendell 3-3-0

Rivendell 4, Leland & Grey 1

Key players: Rivendell — Javen Welch, Will Knowles, Toby Songalla, Grant Goodrich.

Highlights: In the first match of the annual Josh Cole tournament, the Rivendell boys came away with a three-goal win over Leland & Gray. Sophomore Welch had a hat trick and senior Knowles contributed the last tally.

Records: Rivendell 3-2-0; Leland & Grey 1-5-0

Oxbow 5, Richford 1

Key players: Oxbow — Andrew Barrett, Jayden Huntoon, Ethan Emerson, Oden Schlager.

Highlights: Emerson scored off a corner kick from Barrett. Barrett had two goals and two assists. Huntoon had two goals and one assist. Goalie Schlager had five saves.

Coach’s quote: “A little rocky start a few minutes into the game, and then the boys found their stride and played very well. Today every player contributed to the team’s win. Very proud of these boys.” — Oxbow’s Chuck Simmons

Highlights: McFarland scored a hat trick while Dube added one goal and two assists and Tenney tallied two scores in Windsor’s shutout of Springfield.

Burr & Burton 1, Woodstock 0

Key players: Burr & Burton — Fiona Corbett, Piper Morgan.

Highlights: Woodstock and BBA played a very even first quarter with lots of back-and-forth play. BBA was able to find the back of the net tjree minutes into the second quarter with a goal from Corbett off a penalty corner from Morgan.

Golf

Stevens’ Herzog places third individually in four-team match

Highlights: Plymouth emerged victorious against Derryfield, Stevens and Sanborn at the Owls Nest Resort. Derryfield’s Griffin Moore was the match medalist, carding the lowest score of 40. Stevens’ Aubree Herzog carded a 42, which earned a tie for third place individually.

Records: Plymouth 17-4; Stevens 10-8
